Create a new link
To create a new link on TouchMyLink, simply click on the “New Link” button located at the bottom of the homepage. You will be asked to assign a name and category to the link.
Keep in mind that these fields can be modified later, so don’t worry.
Once the link is created, you can choose to temporarily direct your audience to an existing external page or create a new customized page for your link.
Create a new content
After selecting the “Vertical Page” option, you will have the opportunity to create a page from scratch or choose one of our templates, specifically created for every occasion. The templates can be filtered by category or by selecting your favorites directly.
Once you have selected the template, you can choose a color palette from those available and proceed with its customization by clicking on each element within the page.
Customizing the global style of a content
Every content created in TouchMyLink has a global style that can be applied to all elements of the same type, such as buttons, images, and text, to save time during the customization of your link. To access the global style section, click on the corresponding icon. A tab will open where you can assign colors, sizes, and more to the elements of your page. Every time you add a new element, it will inherit the global style assigned previously. If you don’t want an element to inherit the global style, you can disable this option during the editing phase using the appropriate switch.
Inserting elements
Inside the new content you are creating, you will find two fundamental elements: an image and text. You can customize or remove these elements as you please. By clicking on the “+” symbol in the lower menu, you can add new elements such as buttons, videos, or a countdown. To add an element, select it and fill in the required fields. Remember to click on “Confirm” once you have finished editing each element. Once you have added the desired elements, you can move them using the left arrows or delete them using the “-“ symbol on the right. When you have finished composing your page, click on “I’m done” before exiting the page.
Embedding social and external services
TouchMyLink offers you the possibility to integrate various external services into your vertical page, such as Spotify playlists, social feeds, and contact forms. To do this, simply add an HTML element to your page and paste the embed code provided by the source platform inside it. In this way, you can further enrich your page and offer a better user experience to your visitors.
Creating a template
If you have created content that could be used again in the future, you can create a customized template from it. To do so, select the “Save Template” option from the dropdown menu available by clicking on the “⋮” icon of the content.
Subsequently, the customized template will be saved in the “Template” section and will be available for creating new content in the future.
Customize and Share a Link
To customize the preview of a link once shared, you need to access the link's detail page and click on the share button in the bottom menu. Once clicked, two sections will appear. The "Customize" section allows you to choose the appearance of the icon and preview of the link that will be shared. In the "Share" section, you can customize the URL and QR code that represent the link, by choosing shapes, colors, and the icon. Once customized, the QR code can be downloaded for printing.
Collecting Leads on access
TouchMyLink offers the possibility of collecting user data when accessing the link before viewing the content. To activate this feature, you need to access the link page and click on the user icon with the lock on the top right. Then simply activate data collection and select the information you want to collect upon access.
To view the collected data, you can return to the previous screen and click on “Download Collected Data”.
Viewing statistics
To monitor the performance of your link, you can access the available statistics on the homepage or on the link page by clicking on “⋮”, and then on “Statistics”. From this section, you can view the number of views and sessions of your link, as well as the trend of these metrics over time. Additionally, you can filter the statistics for a specific time period.
Integrating the link on an external page
You can integrate your link within an external website. To do so, access the sharing tab on the link’s detail page, click on “Share,” and select the “Embed” option. This will provide the HTML code that can be used for integration into external pages. Additionally, you can manage cookie settings during the opening of the embedded page.
Writing a link on an NFC tag
To create a link to your link on an NFC tag or gadget, you can access the sharing screen, located at the bottom of the link’s detail page. Next, select the “NFC Tag” option from the list of available options. TouchMyLink will redirect the user to the “Linker” application, where it will be possible to temporarily or permanently associate the NFC tag by pressing the “Pair” button in a few simple steps.
